Bible.logos.com is a helpful online Bible that might be a welcome change from some other online Bibles (biblegateway, blueletterbible, etc). The search features, clean interface, and layout, although in beta, work very nicely. I can see this being an online Bible of choice in the future as it develops even more.

You can also use their reftagger feature for your website. For example: John 3:16.
