5 Books for Summer Reading

Here are a few books on the summer reading list:
1. Son of Hamas - Heard amazing things about it.
2. Who Made God? - Also heard good reviews; planning to review.
3. The God Conversation - Useful for practical apologetics.
4. The Rationality of Theism - edited by Copan and Moser.
5. Inference to the Best Explanation - gifted from a friend; can't wait to finally get into.

What are your recommendations? Want to read along?

"The God Conversation" looks really really useful, I might have to get that!

I haven't read a huge number of apologetics books, and so this summer I'm gonna try and read the classics. I've got good translations of Pascal's pensees and Augustine's city of God which i will definitely read, Ken Samples said in his Learning how to learn series that those are absolute must reads for any budding apologist and i loved that series so i've gotta followe his advice!!

Also I'm going to have a C.S. Lewis marathon and read as many of his books on christianity as possible. Will think about which other ones to read, I want to prepare myself as much as possible for university starting in october, apparently at the start of term everyone is extremely open.

No recommendations, but just to share what I'm reading: Historical Jesus by Habermas, Intro to Philosophy by Geisler, and Philosophical Foundations for a Christian Worldview by Moreland and Craig.

The rationality of Theism seems it is a good book, I like all the books written or edited by Paul Copan, I can't wait for his new book "Is God a Moral Moster? Making Sense of the Old Testament God" you can read two articles related with the ethics of the Old Testament by Copan in his web site, both are very useful.

I really need to read more of C.S. Lewis's stuff. Just haven't gotten to it yet.

Great books, Stephen. Those are all superb.

Janus - yes, I concur.
