Sunday Quote: Lee Strobel on Apologetics
"For me, apologetics proved to be the turning point of my life and eternity. I'm thankful for the scholars who so passionately and effectively defend the truth of Christianity - and today my life's goal is to do my part in helping others get answers to the questions that are blocking them in their spiritual journey toward Christ."

I am so glad that you feel this is your life's goal however how would you feel about your god if you knew that he allowed a son to kill his mother who was a believer? How could a god who is described as one who loves his children and is like a father and stand by and watch this or watch a mother praying for her starving baby and yet dies or the child who is beaten and raped and yet your god does nothing?? I know longer can believe in a god who does nothing to protect an innocent child or a loving mother.
Cerbaz,
Those are indeed terrible things. So much of the suffering in this world seems pointless.
Did you once believe in God?
