How to Argue Like Jesus: Joe Carter MP3 Audio

This is an audio interview by Knowing the Truth with Joe Carter, the co-author of How to Argue Like Jesus: Learning Persuasion from History's Greatest Communicator. As mentioned in a previous post, the book analyzes Jesus' use of rhetoric; the elements of logos, pathos, & ethos. Kevin Boling talks to Joe Carter about the book, which is worth getting if you are interested in communication and persuasion. See ArgueLikeJesus.com. More on rhetoric here.

Full MP3 Audio here.

Enjoy.

Between this book and Norman Geisler's The Apologetics of Jesus, which should I go for first?

Well, The Apologetics of Jesus is more geared toward apologetic encounters. This book, although applicable to apologetic encounters, would probably be a more along the lines of general rhetoric, as used by Jesus.

Though I haven't read either of these books, I just want to express how much I appreciate the wealth of resources available on this blog- it provides a fantastic source of inspiration and motivation as I continue on my Christian walk. I'll be sure to take the time to download more of the podcasts you so generously centralise on this blog.

Sincere thanks,

James
