I have found "20 evidences that God Exits" to be very easy book to use with an adult bible study.

I would like to add to the list the "Contending for the Faith" 24 DVD collection of Charlie Campbell's (from AlwaysBeReady.com -ABR) best selling Apologetics DVD's.

Thanks to Brian and AP315 I started an apologetics movie night at our church and the ABR DVD's where liked so much by my pastor and our members that our pastor decided to move the DVD viewing from Thursday night to Sunday Morning so that more people would get a chance to see them.

When purchasing all 24 DVD's for 169$, that comes out to about 7 dollars a DVD. And I think each of the DVD's is well worth 2 or 3 times that much.

Here is the URL.

Looking for some DVD material that will focus on evangelism I found Koukl's "Tactics for defending the Faith" interactive DVD's.

FROM THE WEBPAGE
"Included are six one-hour interactive sessions on DVD with discussion, role-playing, self-assessment quizzes, recall exercises, memory tools, games, and competition. Comprehensive leader and student manuals are included in PDF for printing and copying. And when you learn the material well enough to teach this course without the DVD, use the PowerPoint slides included on the data CD.

You will have everything needed to teach or facilitate a group to be stronger and better equipped to skillfully present their faith and the reasons why Jesus Christ is the answer."

Just finished Alister Mcgrath's Mere Apologetics - A down to Earth but worthwhile Apologetics accompaniment, rather than series of arguments to just rote learn. He seems to value Kreeft & Tacelli's 'Handbook of Catholic Apologetics: Reasoned Answers to Questions of Faith' highly. Anyone recommend this too? Speaking of catholics, I've also been impressed with by the knowledge, insight & style of Robert Spitzer from what I have seen online & on catholic Tv. 'New proofs for the existence of God' worth a go?
BTW - Thank you Brian, This 'How to Get Apologetics in Your Church' series has been a joy to read & of great assistance to me as I'm hoping to get something going in my church, after developing a passion for apologetics since it (via WLC) brought me to faith several yrs ago!

Any suggestions on material that would be a great starting place for high school teens?

I suggest "True U" with Stephen Meyer—Does God Exist?
