2) The Case For Christ by Lee Strobel
3) The Chronology of the Old Testament by Floyd Nolsen Jones

1) Case for Christ (good for beginners; introduction; read it before I was Christian)
2) Reasonable Faith
3) Handbook of Christian Apologetics (excellent stuff on a variety of topics)
Honorable mention goes to the Holman Quicksource Guide to Christian Apologetics ... which is beautifully designed with all-color glossy pages, yet still includes a lot of great content. I got copies for my entire grade 11 Sunday school class in the hopes that they'd actually read them. :)
Two that come to mind are Fabricating Jesus by Craig Evans and Missing Gospels by Darrell Bock.
