Michael Brown has written several volumes in a series called "Answering Jewish Objections to Jesus" - containing some really excellent material on interpretation of messianic prophecies, and responding to various objections which doubtless have wide applications in apologetics beyond just witnessing to Jewish people. It's lamentable that work of this caliber is so hard to find. I only happened upon this guy after typing "Ancient Rabbinic Christology" into YouTube and arbitrarily clicking on one of his videos - and I was stunned by the intellectual rigor on display.
